Project Completion: Pavilion On The Park

Gentle Consulting has recently handed over a new £3.5m purpose built community centre for Eastleigh Borough Council. The scheme was successfully delivered with Gentle Consulting providing Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Construction Management services. The completed building, which was opened by HRH Duke of Gloucester, includes a multi-purpose sports hall, cr�che/playgroup facility, function rooms, head quarters accommodation for the Red Cross, Air Training Corps and Army Cadet Force together with ancillary workshop and plant storage facilities for maintenance staff.
From start to finish, Gentle provided a diligent yet refreshingly agile approach. The project was completed on time and to budget.
