Client Focus: Snows Motor Group

The success of Gentle Consulting is founded on long-term client relationships. A prime example being the partnership fostered with the Snows Motor Group which dates back to 1992 and has seen the successful delivery of over 12 main dealership projects. The most recent of these saw the successful delivery of one of Europe’s largest Lexus and Toyota dealerships. Both franchises are housed within 65,000sqft former industrial unit, generating a challenging £5m re-modelling/conversion project to provide state of the art facilities capable of satisfying the strict brand requirements of both manufactures. Gentle Consulting provided a ‘one stop shop’ service encompassing Project Management, Construction Management and Cost Consultancy to deliver this challenging time critical project.
