Project Completion: Roman House Refurbishment

Gentle Consulting has successfully completed another office development for Gifford Consulting Engineers. The new facility at Chandler's Ford represents the third major project for Gifford, following the Carlton House head office building and works to the North and South Lodges at the Woodlands Campus.
The project included the extensive refurbishment and conversion of an existing mid 1970's cellular office building to provide a contemporary open plan design studio and support office facilities. Gentle Consulting provided a complete project delivery service including project, cost and construction management to complete the project within a tight budget and programme.
Gifford Director Paul Harding commented: "you have delivered a gem of a building out of what was quite frankly a bit of a pig. Feedback from the staff and all of our visitors has been overwhelming in the positive".
From start to finish, Gentle provided a diligent yet refreshingly agile approach. The project was completed on time and to budget.
