Quality/standards
Gentle Consulting is committed to delivering projects in line with the client’s quality expectations and current legislation/good practice. This is achieved by giving consideration to quality throughout the project process. This focus on quality runs through our management approach, in terms of both systems and people.
Environmental/sustainability
As well as direct effects on the environment arising from the management of our own operations, we recognise that the advice given to clients and professional teams can have a major influence on the sustainability and environmental impact of future developments. We are firmly committed to being an environmentally conscientious organisation, giving regard to our own performance and that of our clients/suppliers. Our specific actions and policies are designed to comply with and, where appropriate, exceed relevant legal and other requirements.
Management systems/information technology
Gentle Consulting has developed an information management system (IMS) which provides a framework used to collate and disseminate documents/guidance relating to our internal operating procedures and project processes. It is not intended to act as a prescriptive standard method of operation which restricts freedom and innovation but rather a support tool to aid staff. We have Prince II practitioner qualified staff within the organisation that can advise on implementing these systems for particular projects.
