The existing 90,000sqft former industrial unit was stripped back to its steel frame and redeveloped to form a high-quality luxury motor dealership housing Lexus and Toyota motor vehicle dealerships. This represents the third dealership in the country to feature the new state of the art facilities and corporate branding including specialist glazing and is the first in Europe to incorporate a mezzanine car display. The building accommodates new car sales, after sales, valet, MOT and used sales as well as SMGs central call centre located on a large purpose built mezzanine. Many environmental issues had to be addressed in order to gain successful planning on what is a very prominent site.
