Gentle Consulting was employed to complete the remodelling and updated refurbishment of Units 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9 on the Kenwood Business Park in Havant, Hampshire for UBS. The works included the replacement of original asbestos cement roofs, replacement vertical cladding, introduction of updated fenestration together with internal redecoration and upgraded floor finishes to the industrial areas. The works also included the substantial improvement of all external yards and distributor roads together with improved utility service supplies.

Gentle Consulting provided a total construction consultancy service working in association with Simpson Hilder Associates as Architects and Gyoury Self Partnership as Consulting Structural Engineers. All works required the careful management and consideration of working around both existing and newly engaged tenants aside from traffic management and consideration to the substantial personnel of the principal tenant, Kenwood PLC.
