The project involved the provision of high quality, innovative and sustainable accommodation at a comparable cost of a traditional office building. The building is approximately 1,700 square metres, providing design studio facilities for 150 consulting engineers, complete with a staff caf?, training suite and new reception.

Gentle Consulting provided project management, cost consultancy and planning supervisor services including the co-ordination of all construction activities and associated contract administration services.
