Construction of a three-storey building providing some 1,650m? new teaching facilities, located in the centre of the Peter Symonds College campus. The building includes both traditional classroom spaces, IT teaching spaces, flexible seminar/examination rooms, staff offices and a student shop.

The building is constructed in load bearing masonry, concrete floors and a metal deck roof. The external landscaping works incorporated the formation of a new courtyard and student recreational space.
