The project comprised a 2-storey 40,000sqft extension to the existing South Point 3 production facility together with extensive internal fit-out works to provide highly serviced manufacturing space and associated office accommodation. The project involved the installation and coordination of numerous specialist services required as part of the manufacturing process. The client benefited from a phased handover of the building, as works were complete, allowing early commencement of manufacturing operations.
