The construction of a 6,200sqft purpose-built steel portal framed building on a green-field site for the manufacture/sales of sailboard hardware and accessories. The frame was erected on mass filled concrete foundations with dwarf brick and block cavity walls to three sides.

The building was clad in composite profiled metal sheets with feature glazing to the front elevation. Internal accommodation included production space together with associated offices located on a mezzanine floor.
