The project involved the fit-out of a shell constructed by the Charter Quays Developer to provide a theatre facility of the 21st century, comprising a 1000 seat auditorium, dance/rehearsal studio, creative workshop, art gallery and studio, complete with all associated front and back of house facilities.

Gentle Consulting acted as Project Manager to develop the client brief and manage the design team as well as providing Construction Management services to successfully deliver the completed facility.
