The works included asbestos removal, installation new new WC accommodation, internal decorations, re-cladding to roof and walls to form new shell suitable for tenant fit-out. Both units now have tenants in place, with plot 13 being occupied by PowerDrive and plot 36 by Dreams bedding store.
