Internal fit out of existing warehouse unit to provide additional clean room facilities for SPI Lasers. The works included the provision of ground and first floor office accommodation, storage mezzanine, new dedicated staff entrance and canteen/welfare facilities to serve the two existing sites. The works were delivered on a phased basis to minimise disruption to the clients manufacturing operations.
