Demolition of existing steel frame grain store including slab and foundations. Construction of new refrigerated meat processing facility to house specialist production equipment. The building was of a steel frame construction including composite roof panelling and upper walls, with the lower walls formed using 100mm fridge panels. The specialist production equipment (sausage, burgers and mince meat) was incorporated into the design and construction process to provide the client with a fully operational facility at handover.

The first floor fit-out provides for a ?high clean? storage area to house product trays and ingredients. Temporary buildings linked to the main production space were also provided to accommodate changing room/welfare facilities.
