Gentle Consulting provided project management, construction management and quantity surveying services for the refurbishment of a warehouse and office building at Plot 29, on the Walworth Industrial Estate Andover.
The building is a flat roofed brick/steel construction, consisting of a large warehouse and 1st floor office areas.
The work included installation of a new gas main for future use, rationalising lighting to the warehouse area, demolition of internal walling, installation of an atrium clear plastic roof, decorations throughout and carpeting of office areas. External works included re-felting of the flat roof, re-cladding of walls and re-surfacing to the car park. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
