As a result of a fire, unit 130 suffered major internal and structural damage.The units also suffered severe water damage to party walls and floors due to being open to the elements for the time prior to the refurbishment.
Gentle Consulting were appointed as project managers, construction managers, and quantity surveyors for the refurbishment.

The project included the construction of a new roof, cladding to the front elevation, rebuilding of party firewalls, and work to the office and toilet block. The condition and original construction of the floors meant that they were prepared and coated with a liquid damp proof membrane prior to painting. Working closely with the owners insurers and liasing with the tenants of the neighbouring units, the project was completed within 6 months.
