Gentle Consulting was appointed to provide project and construction management on this new three storey building comprising first and second floor open office space and a ground floor split into three areas - mechanical maintenance , teaching and materials testing.

The project commenced on site on 20 November 2008 with two of the ground floor areas completing ahead of schedule, the remaining ground floor area and first and second floor office space was handed over in October 2009 ready for client fit out.
