Gentle Consulting are acting as Project and Construction Managers on the installation of new services and infrastructure to the main campus at Oxford Brookes University.
Before demolition works can begin the removal of asbestos in the old teaching buildings is necessary.
Building services will include new gas, water, data, drainage, low/high voltage cables and the installation of a new culvert system for the holding of storm water run-off to minimise flooding in the local vicinity during heavy rain seasons. Disabled ramps and additional access around various campus buildings will be installed , as well as new protective canopies to temporary building entrances.
