Willow and Red Oak Buildings

Gentle Consulting was appointed to manage the installation and internal fit out of these two single story buildings providing 1100 and 400 m2 of teaching space. The modular buildings were positioned in an area of natural beauty within the University's campus and had to be planned with great care due to tree preservation orders and a badger sett in the local vicinity.

Red Oak comprises mainly of teaching rooms with computers and audio visual equipment. The Willow building includes three lecture theatres, two of which have tiered seating.

The buildings were constructed to provide quality teaching spaces and allow for the future demolition and re-development of other areas around the campus.
