Combined local community development providing library and sports pavilion facilities at Hedge End, near Southampton. The project being funded jointly by Hampshire County Council, Eastleigh Borough Council and Hedge End Town Council required fully detailed reporting throughout indicating the individual cost accountability for each party.

As project managers Gentle Consulting established and developed a common agreed brief to suit the requirements of all funding parties. Gentle Consulting, in the role of construction manager, quantity surveyor and planning supervisor managed the construction of the project.
