The demolition and rebuilding of an existing 11,500sqft warehouse and manufacturing facility at Blackbushe Business Park, Yately, Hampshire, following extensive fire and explosion damage.

Gentle Consulting was commissioned as project manager to oversee on behalf of the insured, the rebuilding, fitting out and re-commissioning of the damaged factory unit, including liaison with all associated parties, i.e. loss adjusters, insurance assessors, lawyers, occupier and freeholder.

Gentle Consullting also provided the services of construction manager and quantity surveyor together with marketing functions. The main criteria for this project was to deliver on time and within budget. Both these objectives were met.
