The construction of a two storey, in-situ concrete framed Student Union retail facility on the main university campus designed by award winning architects Allies & Morrison. The client's brief being met by this post-modernist design providing open retail accommodation at ground level and four individual, speculative retail units at first floor level.

Gentle Consulting was appointed as project managers and construction managers for the project.
