Construction of a three-storey teaching facility complete with new art/media studios and central administration/reception space. The project evolved from an initial requirement as a replacement single storey, teaching block into a three-storey structure. The architectural design of the building encompasses a number of intricate detailing features and specifications to provide both high quality teaching environment and a central focus for the school's campus.

Gentle Associates provided project and construction management services, responsible for the co-ordination of all trade package contractors and contract administration services.
