The project involved the strip-out and complete refurbishment of a redundant laboratory/workshop, to provide accommodation for start-up businesses as part of a government funded joint venture. The project was highly challenging given the limitations on funding and condition of the existing building stock, coupled with the requirement for a high quality end product and live campus environment.
